Be Your Own Publisher
For those of us that don't have the resources to sell out to APN, here's another way of getting into publishing - self publishing. Came across these two sites today that while not offer some great options for creating your own memory book on Blurb, or in the case of Tastebook - you're own cookbook....

Yeah, Tastebook does a nice job, but for straight photo albums don't overlook the book publishing options in iphoto. (And they are shipping to New Zealand now!)
