Anyone who knows me, and knows anything about my love of Paris, knows of my love of macarons. My idea of the perfect Parisian afternoon was tea at Laduree with macarons, or the most heavenly raspberry mille feuille to be found on the planet. Bar none.
Recently I discovered the blog of an American pastry chef (ex Chez Panisse) living in Paris - David Lebovitz. When I landed on his page I was confronted with this image - quel horreur - is that a ketchup macaron!
